Please turn upstairs AC to 78 and downstairs AC to 82.
Please make sure all bait has been properly disposed of.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Minimum age to rent is 21. Renter Agreement must be signed within 48 hours after booking.
For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent. No Pets without prior written authorization. No parties/events.
Quiet Hours are from 11PM-8AM. No Smoking or vaping inside the home.
