Check in was easy and well communicated. The backyard area was perfect for pool days and the amount of bedrooms was perfect. Keep in mind, the only access to the top floor was from outside - not an issue but it’s good to know before. All the amenities were great (only issue was no pool towels provided but that was not a big deal and they checked in with us to try and provide them. Would definitely stay again!

Overall, this was a very good place to stay, very clean. The pool was very small; the two bathrooms connected to bedrooms were very small; and the back pool area was so infested with mosquitoes we could not sit out there. For the price I was anticipating higher end furnishings, but we found most everything in working order and well stocked. If you have a large group, this house should work well for you. We did walk to Atlantic Ave, which was only several blocks away.

The home was not to the standard that we usually enjoy at VRBO listings. The home was in a rundown neighborhood. The furniture was very poor with the daybed being broken, outside furniture was broken, springs in the couch were broken, multiple broken blinds, no hand towels, very few bath towels, weeds in the landscaping and missing landscaping.

The listing said the house comes with beach essentials but the only thing provided was a cooler. I messaged the host / property manager for beach chairs, umbrellas, towels etc and didn't get a response during my stay. I also asked for check out instructions and didn't receive a response. The linens were different than pictured online (fuzzy blanket and one sheet were provided on beds) but everything else was similar. The backyard had empty gatorade bottles and animal droppings upon arrival which was disappointing. The location is a 7-10 minute walk to most restaurants which is great, pool was heated, bikes were there for use, etc. Overall was a nice stay but there were a few minor things I'd wish were different!
