Every thing was great!!! but need to fill holes on gravel road on way out, parking was wonderful right n front door , handicap rooms we’re Great, had everything we needed, except a maid to cook our meals lol.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Thousand Hills Resort. On the second night of our stay, the air conditioning stopped working completely. When we contacted the property, we were told, “We will take care of it when you check out tomorrow.” That response was unacceptable, especially considering my handicapped in-laws were staying with us and have serious health issues. They struggled greatly in the heat overnight.We paid over 600 for this cabin and expected basic accommodations like working air conditioning. Unfortunately, that was not the only issue. The stovetop is a serious safety hazard because it is uneven, causing pans to slide while cooking. In addition, the upstairs jacuzzi tub leaked through the ceiling onto the downstairs bed.For the amount of money we spent, the cabin was severely overpriced and poorly maintained. Between the lack of AC, safety concerns, and maintenance problems, this was not the relaxing family stay we were promised. Needless to say, with all of the options, we wont be staying with Thousand Hills again.Sincerely,The Carr Family
