Step outside to the outdoor oasis with screened-in pool, hot tub, summer kitchen, firepit area, pond & full-size pickleball and basketball court, complete with equipment for your use. Two exquisite Master King Bedrooms for ultimate relaxation; perfect for couples or families.

Welcome to Ponte Vedra Paradise, a luxurious 3,100+ sq. ft. retreat designed for ultimate relaxation and comfort. This spacious home boasts 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, ensuring plenty of room for everyone. Unwind in two elegant King bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath, or enjoy the Queen bedroom that shares a brand new Jack and Jill bath with a cozy Full bedroom.

The versatile room off the sunroom is perfect for extra guests or families, featuring a daybed and two Twin beds. For families with little ones, we’ve thought of everything — baby essentials like a Pack-n-Play with sheets, booster seat, white noise machine, toys, books, and family games are all provided.

Cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials you’ll need. Whether you’re gathering for a family vacation or a getaway with friends, Ponte Vedra Paradise offers a spacious, inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for making memories.

We have a ring front door camera and one at the side entrance door. We provide coffee, creamer, sweeteners, a snack box. Individual shampoos, conditioners, body wash, lotion, soap and make up wipes are in each bathroom plus we provide a larger pump style shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each shower.

Beach towels, beach toys, basketballs, pickleball racquets and balls are provided for your use and enjoyment. We can accommodate up to 10 guests and 4 cars. No events or parties allowed at the home.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place any used towels in the shower or bathtub.

Guests do not have access to our boat or the shed
Please do not use the indoor fireplace. You can use the outdoor firepit and we have wood by the shed and fire starters in the mud room.

We enjoyed a lovely long weekend at Ponte Vedra Paradise. The home was beautiful and very comfortable for our group of extended family. And Katie was a terrific host - very easy communication throughout. We loved our stay and highly recommend to others!

Amazing Stay

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The host was amazing—very friendly and accommodating. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and located in a great area close to everything I needed. I had no issues at all during my stay and truly appreciated the peaceful, clean environment. I would absolutely recommend this place to others and will definitely be back again!
