Sleeping arrangements
This spacious home accommodates up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The third-floor primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bath, and a private balcony overlooking the Atlantic. Two queen bedrooms share a hallway bath on the same level, while the lower floor includes another king bedroom and a large bunk room with two sets of full-over-twin bunk beds with trundles. The bunk room also includes a wraparound couch, coffee table, TV, and games, ideal for relaxed evenings together.

Living spaces
The main living area opens to a sweeping 60-foot balcony where you can take in panoramic coastal views. Inside, comfortable seating surrounds a streaming TV, and a separate nook with a desk provides a quiet workspace for reading or remote work. Soft natural light and ocean tones fill the interiors, creating a serene retreat in every season.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Two dining tables seat eight each, and a breakfast bar accommodates four more, offering plenty of room for shared meals. Grill enthusiasts can make use of the outdoor barbecue utensils and grill to enjoy casual seaside dining.

Outdoor living
Step directly from the beachfront deck onto the sand for peaceful walks along the shore. Multiple balconies offer places to relax with a book or watch the waves. The lower-level bathroom provides outside access, perfect for rinsing off after a beach day.

Amenities & access
Enjoy WiFi, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, washer, dryer, and bathroom essentials. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Self check-in is available through a keypad, and free parking accommodates up to three vehicles.
