This home sits in a quiet slew only 5 minutes from the very popular Trident Marina on Smith Lake! Enjoy early morning fishing in year round deep water, swimming off our newer one slip boat dock with attached swim pier, then head over to Trident for dinner and live music; round out your day with a superb sunset view in the evening! This 3BR/2BA home sits on a 2.8 acre lot with a 2 car covered carport and ample parking.
