Fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher). All other amenities including 72" TV, Starlink high speed internet for streaming, work or play. Patio seating downstairs plus access to upstairs balcony seating area. Traeger wood pellet grill in the back patio, dog shower in mud room. Pet and family friendly. Property is located in a gated community. Ample space to park your boat and minutes drive from boat ramp. Serene sandy beach steps away from the backyard. Relax and enjoy the gorgeous views and beautiful sunrise from the master bedroom, living room or from the upstairs balcony!

Perfect beach house on lake Texoma

This was by far our favorite place to stay. The hosts were extremely kind and thoughtful preparing a welcome sign and having smores makings ready for us. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. The beach is about a 5 minute walk down hill which made for great morning and evening swims with the kids easy before and after a day of boating. There was an awesome garage with games for the kids to play, a basketball hoop and pickle ball court in the backyard. We had great campfires almost every night and woke up to owls in the backyard with coffee almost every morning.An added plus was that the free boat ramp was about a 10 minute drive ( going 10mph) so we were able to go out in the boat fishing early and pick up and drop off family right at the beach by the house. This was the #1 house we’ve stayed at in Texoma in the 5 years we have been going. We had privacy but at the same time met some folks from the neighboring community that were very welcoming. Thank you to Tara for making such an awesome stay for us!
