Fabulous cabin - spacious with vaulted ceilings, well equipped kitchen, big shower, and surrounded by lots of green (in early Sept). Joe met us there and showed us around. Lots of nice touches - hooks for hanging, big porch with sitting area, open space, storage under the steps for storing luggage.

Ideal lodging for a single person or a couple. Lovely pond right outside the front door that lends a serene ambience to this place. Quintessentially Vermont scenery right outside the door. It is uphill of the Ottauquechee River, a scenic river. Woodstock is down the road, and crafts stores abound in the surrounding area. Well stocked kitchen. The great room that is kitchen-dining area-living room has a high ceiling that gives a spacious feeling so you feel able to breathe and relax. Overall, a great base for exploring this area of Vermont. Joe is a very friendly host who is easy to talk to. I hope to visit again soon.

Great location near Woodstock, perfect for a fall getaway. This cottage is perfect! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and there is a nice farmer's market down the road. The bed was extremely comfortable and we really appreciated having use of a full size washer and dryer. Joe kindly provided a firepit and wood so we could have a fire and some smores.Joe was so friendly and a great host. Would definitely visit again and recommend!

We have rented many vacation places and this was THE BEST, by a long shot! The cabin has been thoughtfully planned out and supplied with all of the kitchen necessities. Joe, our host, has thought of all the comforts of home. Joe was extremely welcoming and friendly. We hope to be back again!
