an odd spot

This apartment is round the side of the house and a bit enclosed. After the first day and a very short explanation, we never saw the owners/managers. Sparsely furnished it really needs an upgrade. No information provided about Ischia in the apartment. Nevertheless well positioned and we had an enjoyable stay. Watch out for deadly mosquitoes.

Ischia: l'isola dei Tesori...il primo "tesoro" che abbiamo trovato è stato l'appartamento dove abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana nel pieno relax e splendore perche l'appartamento oltre ad avere tutto ed essere pulito tant'è vero che ricordo ancora il profumo di pulito ,si trova in un posizione strategica, vicinissimo al mare, al centro storico e al porto ai negozi e non c'e bisogno dell'utilizzo dell'auto..... e un secondo ''tesoro'' sono i proprietari,delle persone squisite con cui è subito facile instaurare un piacevole rapporto e disponibili in tutto veramente. Era la prima volta che venivamo ad ischia e siamo stati veramente fortunati ad essere ospiti della sig.ra Mariafrancesca Ferrandino e suo marito. Se dovessi tornare a Ischia, saprei sicuramente dove soggiornare...Consiglio vivamente la struttura a tutti.MARISA & PEPPEI

Pienamente soddisfatti del soggiorno presso Villa Maria. La casa è provvista di tutte le comodità, la pulizia rigorosa, ottimi i servizi e l'accoglienza. I proprietari sono delle persone deliziose, cortesi, discrete e disponibilissime.I servizi che offrono ci hanno permesso di vivere in pieno la nostra vacanza. La descrizione nell'inserzione è accurata e reale. I bambini hanno giocato in tutta sicurezza nel cortile della casa, attrezzato con sdraio e ombrellone, sedie e tavolino per bellissime cene all'aperto. Il luogo è adatto per il relax, i gusti e il divertimento di tutta la famiglia, per trascorrere una vacanza perfetta con un mix di ingredienti: mare ( la Spiaggia dei pescatori, La Cartaromana, I Bagni di di San Pietro), luoghi incantevoli da visitare di importanza storico-paesaggistica ( Il castello aragonese, La Cattedrale e le chiese con le tele di Giacinto Diano, Il Museo del Mare, La torre di Michelangelo), negozi, esercizi commerciali ( il Corso con buotique e negosìzi per tutti i gusti, cortesi e professionali le commesse di Delia Boutique in Ischia Ponte), di intrattenimento (straordinario Calise in un giardino pieno di varietà botaniche e con musica live al piano, sublimi i gelati artigianali e la cioccolata di Maglio in Piazza degli Eroi), l' area di verde la Pineta Martina attrezzata per i giochi dei bambini, tutti nelle immediate vicinanze.Tutta la famiglia è contentissima: i nonni hanno usufruito delle Terme Comunali che dispongono di un ottimo servizio navetta. Il lido scelto sulla Spiaggia dei Pescatori a poca distanza, era opportunatamente attrezzato. Gli ampi marciapiedi di ischia hanno consentito comode passeggiate per tutta la famiglia, verde e fiori ovunque; gli isolani sono delle persone davvero cordiali. Già durantre il soggiorno parenti e amici sono rimasti affascinati dalle foto che ho inserito su fb. Continuerò calorosamente a consigliare a tutti questo immobile. Grazie mille Rosa Meadaglia
