The Space:

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen featuring a drip coffee maker and a Keurig—perfect for starting your mornings with a hot brew before heading out to explore. The spacious living areas are ideal for relaxing after a day on the water, and plenty of board games are provided for fun family nights.

Step outside to your private paradise—enjoy direct access to Lake Sinclair’s big water from your own dock and private beach. Lounge on the shore, take a refreshing swim, or launch the provided kayaks (2 adult &2 kid) and floats for a day of aquatic adventure. The fire pit is perfect for cozy evenings under the stars, roasting marshmallows and sharing stories. For grilling enthusiasts, there's a charcoal grill (be sure to bring your own charcoal) ready for your favorite barbeque meals.

Water Depth at the dock is 4-6ft (depending on water levels, they change daily). Crooked Creek Marina & Little River Park will be the closest marinas on water. Both Marina's offer gas for the boat, however Little River is the only marina that offers 24-hours pay at the pump. The nearest boat ramp is going to be 2-minutes from the property on Lakewood Circle.

Additional amenities include life vests for safe water fun, as well as a variety of board games to enjoy indoors. The property’s prime location on the lake offers breathtaking views and easy access to the best spots on Lake Sinclair.

We do not supply propane or charcoal for the grills.

We do recommend bringing anything additional you may need for your visit.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property with the exceptions of locked cabinets use for our cleaning service.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet family-friendly neighborhood.

Getting Around:
GCSU and GMC is near 30-minutes from Lake Chalet. You will find groceries, dining and entertainment options in Milledgeville, GA is 35-40 minutes from the property.
There is also a movie theater, bowling alley and skating rink.

Other Things to Note:
This property is pet friendly. You will need to give advance notice if you plan to bring your pet. There is a $150 non refundable pet fee for one dog/cat under 50 lbs. No aggressive breeds. Please be sure to follow our pet policy: No pets on the furniture, or bedding. Pets are not be left alone on the property and must be kenneled. Guest must provide their own kennel. Please ensure all pet droppings are removed from the yard.
