Welcome to your private retreat in a peaceful, safe home. This cozy private bedroom and bathroom offers a quiet, comfortable space with a queen bed, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The home is conveniently located just 30 miles from SeaTac Airport, 25 miles from Mt. Rainier National Park, and close to Seattle, Tacoma, scenic trails, shopping, and local parks.
You’ll have access to your bedroom and bathroom only. The room includes a desk, closet, chest of drawers, mini fridge, microwave, standing lamp, smart blinds with remote, WiFi, and heating/AC.
The bathroom is directly across from your room and fully stocked with essentials like towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. Extras include free street parking, exterior security cameras, and keyless entry with a personalized code.
Quick note:
• Access to the kitchen and living room is not available
• Only registered guests are allowed in the home. For extra convenience, I also have a vehicle available for rent. If you’d like details, just let me know and I’ll share the link!
For safety and insurance reasons, we kindly ask that no children, infants, or pets be brought onto the property.
