Unwind in "The Grand" in Surprise in this 1500 SF house 2 Bedroom & 2 Bathroom plus office and free WIFI. Master bedroom with King bed & 2nd bedroom with 2 twins. You can relax in comfort. Its fully furnished with all linens, a cook ready kitchen & a great patio.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES:
The "Grand" in Surprise has all the sports, 4 golf courses, pickleball, bocce, tennis, 2 fitness centers, 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, billiards, music, and entertainment any active senior could want & more.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Community Membership Required for Primary Guest at $200 per stay (included with cleaning fee at time of booking). Add'l guest membership is optional. Contact me with questions.

*This is a Senior community. The primary guest must be at least 50 years old. Other guests must be at least 30 years old. No children are allowed.

**Rental period is 1 full calendar month and must begin on the 1st and end on the last day of each month.
