Great getaway
We had a lovely stay -- everything was exactly as represented and pictured. The house is very spacious and airy with plenty of natural light. Well-stocked kitchen with all the necessary amenities, including an electric kettle which was appreciated. Large HD tvs in both the living and main bedroom made relaxing with a movie a great way to spend an evening. The main bedroom is HUGE and includes plenty of closet space to stash empty suitcases once you unpack as well a large ensuite with spacious shower.
The enclosed back yard features a great view of the golf course and ample space to enjoy the sun on the cooler days we had while staying. We grilled out several times and had breakfast on the patio -- a wonderful way to start the day! The pool was very inviting, but the weather was a bit uncooperative so we didn't get a chance to take advantage of it even tho we could have turned the heat on if we wanted to. Oh, just remember to put the chair cushions under the porch cover when you're not using them! :-)
Great location on the edge of suburbia, so it's very quiet with no traffic, but still close enough to get to restaurants and shopping as well as just a short distance to Surprise Stadium.
Brad, our host, was super helpful and responsive to our inquiries, and even made sure to send us discount links to Coyote Lakes Golf. Its a great course to play and one of the nicest in the area. We're already planning to return next year!
