Nearby the most famous touristic points, beaches and city's facilities.
Wi-fi, cable TV, 24 hours doorman, air conditioned and soundproof window with curtains. The bathroom is small, but complete with a good shower space.
Our cool and comfortable one bedroom apartment has a true city feeling. It comfortably fits two persons and is centrally located just a few steps from both Copacabana and Ipanema beaches and close by the Ipanema Subway Station.
Getting around is very easy walking, by subway train, bus, taxi and Uber. From 28 days of stay, the guests are charged for electrical bills.

The unit was not in a safe location, the building had 8 foot fences around it, looked like a condemned building, the unit itself was not suitable for anyone over 5’10”. I’m 6’2” 210lbs and literally could not fit in the shower and had to brush my teeth standing outside the bathroom because the toilet and sink were to close together for me to stand. I arrived at 11pm and left by 11am the next morning because I couldn’t stay there for a whole week. When I contacted the host, she was not helpful, refused to give me a refund and told me to contact Vrbo. When I tried to contact Vrbo to request refund, all I got was moved from one AI generated response to another. This was my first time using the service and I am very disappointed in the experience.

I'm sorry the apartment did not meet your expectations. As clearly described in the listing, the unit is 30m², and photos (taken with a cellphone) accurately show the space, including the bathroom. It’s a compact apartment in a central urban area, and safety features like fencing are standard in the neighborhood. When you contacted me to say you were leaving early, I reminded you of the cancellation policy — which is the most flexible option offered by the platform ("Relaxed"). Unfortunately, you were not eligible for a refund under that policy, which you acknowledged. Rather than following the proper process, you chose to dispute the charge with your credit card company. I have hosted many guests of similar height and build, and never received complaints about the bathroom size. I always strive to communicate clearly and respectfully, and I’m sorry this stay did not meet your expectations.
