We loved the unit and the experience. The host's communication and attention was perfect. The unit has a great view over the mountain side and a convenient restaurant nearby. For our ski day, we were able to literally walk across the street and hop on the chairlift. The location is pretty removed, but that added to the feeling that we were staying high up in the mountains.

L’appartamento si trova in un punto strategico ,comodo per raggiungere molti dei sentieri della zona di Livigno e non solo. Peccato, per questa visita, l’avere un cantiere in attività confinante. Che ha causato inevitabile fastidio.

Meine Schwester und ich haben uns wohlgefühlt in der herzigen Wohnung und die Aussicht vom Sitzplatz aus genossen! Luna, meine Hündin, hat sich im Schnee herumgetollt und Spass gehabt. Sehr praktisch, dass die Gondelstation gerade nebenan ist!!! Diese Ferien haben wir sehr genossen!

Rustikale Stube mit grandiosem Ausblick

Herrlich gelegen, direkt vor dem Sessellift, von der Wohnung aus ein fantastischer Blick in die Berge. Die Wohnung hat - obwohl in einem Mehrfamilienhaus - durch die rustikale Einrichtung mit viel Holz einen schönen Hüttencharakter und wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Auf der Schlafcouch liegt es sich allerdings nicht bequem, wir fanden sie zu hart. Zu dritt (Familie mit einem Jugendlichen) reichte der Platz, für mehr Personen würde es vermutlich zu eng. Die Küchenutensilien sollten noch etwas ergänzt werden. Freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, und bei Problemen oder Fragen ist sofort jemand zur Stelle.

Perfect gesitueerde knusse studio

Zeer veel plezier gehad met 2 volwassenen en 1 kind van 11 jaar. De studio is knus maar voorzien van alle basisbenodigdheden. De bedbank is voor wat zwaardere volwassenen (>90kg) niet zo heel comfortabel. De ligging was voor ons ideaal: direct tegenover piste en lift en zo hoog dat de sneeuwzekerheid in Februari 100% is. De ligging is buiten het dorp dus zeer rustig. Voor gezellig uit eten moet je dus wel even naar het dorp (ca. 10 minuten met de auto). De prijzen in Livigno zijn erg gunstig, met name voor eten en drinken op de piste en in de restaurants. Ook is het er erg rustig op de pistes en zijn er geen rijen voor de liften. Het gebied is geschikt voor alle niveaus vanwege de brede pistes en de vele off-piste mogelijkheden. Zeker een aanrader!

Monolocale caldo e accogliente

Abbiamo soggiornato nello chalet Carlotta con i nostri ragazzi di 11 e 14 anni dal 4 al 9 dicembre. Il monolocale è molto accogliente e tranquillo, arredato con mobili di legno e con una bellissima vista sulle montagne. Il proprietario è molto attento allo stato della casa, in modo che l'ospite la trovi in ordine, funzionale e pulita. Nei dintorni c'è il necessario (piccoli negozi di alimentari, pizzeria, impianti da sci) ed è il posto ideale per un soggiorno nella tranquillità, mentre, a soli dieci minuti di auto, Livigno offre il resto. Ringrazio ancora il proprietario per la disponibilità e la cura dimostrati durante il nostro soggiorno.
