Remarkable condo, pool & stay
Condo was great, quite spacious, great layout. Although balcony didn’t directly face the ocean, you could still see the pool area & some of the ocean but at a caddy corner view. Otherwise we loved the condo & even the fact that it was on the 2nd Floor. This condo very well kept & becautf thank you very much!!! We will be back to Sapphire!!!!💕💕

Beautiful facility, but condo furnishings were lacking, stained and mismatched.
Facility and its amenities were top notch, but the furnishings in the home were cheap and sparse. Even my 10 year old commented on how it was Drab.

Underwhelming
We rented this condo from the middle of January until the end of February. It is spacious and has a limited view of the ocean. SPI Rentals informed us of the construction on the pool 2 weeks before our rental started—too late for us to back out. The concierge told us that the construction was announced a year ago. Additional issues were —the dryer is toy-sized, the few towels provided were almost rags, and the kitchen had no can opener, cutting board, and only 3 teaspoons. On the plus side, the wifi is excellent, the bed was comfortable, the Aveda Salon and Spa downstairs is great, and the gym is well-equipped.

Nice building, but the unit was poor.
The building and pool area are spectacular, however the particular unit we rented has a severely obstructed view of the gulf by the building in front of it and the view of that building is not pretty! I also found the unit was not well cleaned. The windows do not open and the patio door did not have a screen, so forget about getting any fresh air into the unit. Overall I would not rent this particular unit again.

Overall we had a very bad experience renting out Sapphire #201 due to the "Health Hazard Conditions of Electric Grill" in the balcony after being poorly cleaned. As a result, we were not able to use it during our rental stay at Sapphire #201. Also overall poor maintenance of the Sapphire #201; and, the sleeping accommodations for 3 adults and 3 children were not adequate; Sapphire #201 had 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and one not comfortable sofa. In summary, we were charged a high hefty price for renting an unit that did not provide the expected value to us.
I would also like to know why we were charged $190.00 fee by VRBO besides a total of $1,689.91 charged by SPI Rental; $1,029.37 - Rent; $415.00 (Cleaning Fee, Travel Insurance, Damage Waiver, Reservation Fee, Pet Fee and Wrist Bands); and, $245.54 (Hotel Occupancy Tax)

This property was not what we expected. We would not recommend this to anyone.
The condo was dirty and dingy. The lights were dim and provided little lighting in the rooms and restrooms. The tvs in the rooms didn’t work and the one in the living room was difficult to turn on. There was gnats coming out of the kitchen sink and we couldn’t get rid of them for the 4 days we were there. They traveled throughout the condo the entire time. There was also mosquitoes in the condo. Everything was dirty. The kitchen was disgusting and the appliances hadn’t been cleaned properly. The furniture was filthy and I didn’t even want my kids sitting on the couches. The windows were extremely dirty and gross, so much so that you couldn’t see out of them. I would not recommend anyone stay at this condo. Considering the COVID situation we expected the cleanliness to be up to par with the recommendations from the CDC. This was a mockery of the Saphirre property and left a bad taste with us. We will not be renting from you in the future.

We have wanted to stay at Sapphire many times over the years because it looks very nice and clean with a fabulous pool. We walked into our room and it smelled like someone dumped a bunch of cheap lemon cleaner and bleach in the room. I had to wait a bit to occupy because it was so bad but I thought it was at least clean. Very quickly though, gnats started coming out. When you sat on the couch, they would come out. In the kitchen, in the bathroom, everywhere. I can’t tell you how many I killed in four days. Maybe the prior tenant had something ripe or never took the trash out but it grossed me out. The bed frame on the master bed was broken upon arrival too. My husband attached the headboard the best he could so the squeaky mattress would be flat at least. The view was lackluster but that is just because of its location in the building which we knew upon renting. We never got the cable to work in the living room. The elevators take an unusually long time considering its 2nd floor and was never busy or full of people. The elevator in the parking garage was also broken. Our room key had to be reprogrammed at least 4 times and we weren’t putting it in a wallet or next to electronics. For the front desk, you’d get a different answer within minutes depending on who you asked (about parking situation, movie theater availability, etc). Overall we just were not impressed for the price.

The Sapphire is a great place. The pool is wonderful. Staff helpful and friendly. Staff would see you at the pool and ask you how are you enjoying your stay .SPI Rentals are easy to book through and very nice when I went to the office.

The Sapphire property is amazing! We have stayed here before but was disappointed in this unit. It is a nice big space, but needed repairs. The chain on the living room shade broke the first night and never was repaired. So, we did not have a view of the ocean for the entire stay. The balcony had a bit of a view but the furniture was so dirty and rusted that we didn't want to be out there. The bedding was old. Would not book a stay in this unit again.

Overall we enjoyed the entire experience. The location was great for our family. The beach wasn’t over crowded even though we were visiting during Spring Break. The only issue was the property wouldn’t allow anyone into the facility who was not in your Immediate family. The condo slept 6 but we could bring our nephews. I would most likely go back.

Location and property were very good. Unfortunately some information was not updated. Due to Covid 19, the gym and movie rooms were not open. Condo itself was nice, limited amount of towels and trash bags. Condo did have a problem with gnats and needed to be sprayed. Grounds were kept very clean and neat. Beach access was ideal. Overall a nice place to stay.

We loved the property. I had a heads up that we would need to bring extras like trash bags, laundry detergent and paper towels. The only problem was that when we arrived we were told that the futon was broken and they would send someone up to fix it right away. No one ever showed up so my kids ended up sleeping on the couches. Overall it was a very nice stay and we plan on coming back next summer.

Great location, not so great bed sheets
Great location and nice view for a second story condo. The rooms were very clean when walking in. The only disappointment was the lack of investment in fresh sheets. Pillow cases and bed sheets in the second bedroom had that musty smell which signaled they were old or had placed on the bed wet/damp. Outside of that we had a great time.
Very clean condo but view was so/so of the beach with a great view of the nearby roof. Condo could use a few items to make the stay better (dust pan, more dishes, a few tupperware containers or zip locks to help with storing food). Sometimes its the little things that make a trip even better. The manager quickly responded to any issues we had (no hot pads, no dish soap, fridge water filter needed to be changed)

Great location, very clean condo, and friendly staff
If you are looking for an ocean view you need to look at other condos. But we didn't care at all, it's in a good location, plenty of room for our family of four. Not over decorated so you can actually move around in the condo. TV's in each room, internet, two bathrooms, two beds, excellent pool, hot tub, and steps to the beach. Also pool table, movie room, and really good gym for nights and if you have a rainy day. I would highly recommend this condo over much higher priced condos at the same location.

Some good, some not so much
Started with a city wide water issue so we could not shower or use the bathroom for the first day. Then some minor AC and WiFi issues in the unit that we called and got corrected. And as I went to leave at 6AM Saturday there was a man completely passed out on the floor as the elevator doors opened on the first floor...I tried to get him up, then had the front desk person assist. Good thing my young family was not with me at the time.
