Overall this was a good stay ! The home was clean, and the decor was beautiful! Host had great communication, and even allowed us to check in a bit early. Location wasn’t in the best neighborhood, and we had items stolen from the vehicle the first night there.

This guest violated multiple house rules and caused significant damage to the property. They hosted a party with more than 15 people, despite this not being permitted. There was smoking inside or on the property, which left a strong marijuana odor throughout the home and resulted in burn holes in multiple items. During the gathering, an intoxicated individual was carried into the house and vomited throughout the property, requiring extensive cleaning. The total damage exceeded $500. Despite being presented with the damages, the guest refused to reimburse the costs. Based on this experience, I would not host this guest again and cannot recommend them to other hosts.

Home is professionally deep-cleaned between guests. Check-out is at 11am.
