We love visiting Kanab. This house is in an awesome community with a great clubhouse, pools, and dog park. We had plenty of space here with 2 families with small children. The host was super kind and responsive. Great stay.

Desert Paradise

Beautiful property. Enjoyed the back patio so much. It was a very nice home in a nice area. We didnt use any of the amenities because we were exploring Lake Powell and Grand Staircase- Escalante but it was the perfect homebase to sleep at night and enjoy coffee on the patio every morning.

Clean & Quiet & Helpful

We were staying at this VRBO to make sure we really liked the neighborhood before purchasing a home in La Estancia. Our rental was so clean and had every amenity we needed. We had to call property management to help with a stuck toilet handle, he arrived in 10 minutes and took care of everything. Excellent service. The private dog park was AMAZING and access to hiking was just a quick walk away. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Utah Escapes is an outstanding property management company!
