About this property

Bring your binoculars! House sits at the foot of red canyon wall. Our lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home can serve as your base camp for visiting 3 national parks or hiking on the 3 well marked local trails starting just blocks away from our home. For a change of pace, visit the local museum to learn more about Kanab's role in western movies and t.v. shows, or take a 10 minute walk to the local aquatic center and playgrounds. When it is time to "kick back", enjoy the neighborhood fitness center, indoor pool or outdoor pool, or just relax on our covered porch and soak in our amazing mountain view. Master bedroom has luxury king bed, 2nd bedroom has queen bed, and 3rd bedroom has two twin beds (can be made up as king for small fee - just ask) for up to 6 guests. High speed WIFI provided. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Awesome peaceful Kanab stay

Overall all great. Location fantastic. Loved the spa fitness center. Ideas for improvement in spa center. Hooks in bathrooms plus a plastic table for changing wet swimsuits and a bench. The home was ideal.

Perfect Location

Wonderful stay for local hiking and exploring the National Parks. Home and community are very nice. Kids loved the pool and nearby park. House has large master suite, kitchen is well equipped, and backyard is private and quiet.

Home away from home

We stayed a week and had everything we needed available at the house. The pool and hot tub were a great addition, especially after hiking and exploring all day. Some of the pillows are a bit flat, just sharing because we flew and didn't bring our kid's pillows. Which was really only a struggle the first night. Every other night they were too exhausted to care. 😅

Beautiful home in an awesome setting

Beautiful home in an amazing setting close to everything we wanted to do and see. Super comfortable and quiet home with all the amenities allowed us to relax, rest and reset after long days of hiking some awesome places in Utah and Arizona.

I first visited Kanab almost 30 years ago and fell in love with the beauty of the area. I have traveled back several times over the years and brought my children, who also enjoyed the countless activities nearby. Finally, I decided to purchase a little piece of the beautiful red canyon in the lovely La Estancia neighborhood. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
