The views from the balcony were wonderful for both sunrises and sunsets. The house is amazing – large rooms, and plenty of spaces for guests to sleep. The elevator was a huge help loading and unloading. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and tools. We had a wonderful time!

This house is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room for a large family. The location of the house is awesome as well. You are right next to the beach access which is very convenient. We will definitely be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year to visit this specific home and it was better than ever! Only one issue was the nearby boardwalk was being reconstructed and we had to walk down to the next one, which was not the owners fault. I highly recommend this rental. The home is absolutely beautiful with many special details.

The hot tub was not working and the gas grill was in bad shape and not working. When you pay that type of money for three days you’d expect those issues to be addressed or at least some kind of compensation. I was told they would have to close their books out for the year to determine any amount of compensation. Sadly I’ve rented from the management company for years with no issues.

Our family enjoys the kitchen - fun to cook in, easy access to the beach, morning coffee on the porch, cocktails on the porch and most of all the pool/hot tub on the bottom level. The house is clean and well maintained. Cobb Real Estate was friendly and easy to work with! Best family vacation!
