For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. --IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.

Sleeping arrangements

Designed to accommodate up to four guests, the condo features one bedroom with three beds and a single-level layout that keeps every space accessible. Bed linens, cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and a closet offer simple comfort during your stay. The bathroom includes bathroom essentials, hot water, and access to an outdoor shower for rinsing off after time by the shore.

Kitchen & dining

A functional kitchen gives you the option to prepare meals at your own pace, supported by a dining table that gathers everyone together. Whether you return from the beach and want to reheat something quick or settle in for a relaxed meal after exploring the coastline, the setup makes it easy to enjoy your time indoors.

The living area provides air conditioning, heating, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and a TV, allowing you to unwind or focus when needed. With elevator access and a single-level home layout, moving throughout the space is smooth and comfortable. Convenience & access

A private entrance with keypad self check-in ensures an easy arrival. Free parking on the premises and free street parking make coming and going simple. Bikes, children’s bikes, a kayak, and beach essentials are available for days spent outdoors. Guests may take advantage of luggage dropoff for early or late travel, long term stays, and cleaning services during their visit.

Family-friendly details

Families will appreciate thoughtful additions such as a crib, children’s dinnerware, and window guards. With a single-level layout and elevator access, moving with little ones is more convenient and comfortable.

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
