Escape to peace and serenity in the beautiful condos of Sanibel Arms West - with private beach access! Our condo (L5) is only 100 steps to the beach! Feel at home and comfortable while you're on vacation - we have meticulously renovated the entire unit. Enjoy a full kitchen, spacious living area, 2 bedrooms with king-sized beds, 2 bathrooms, a washer/dryer, and two screened lanais with comfortable seating. The property offers resort-style amenities, including nearby bike rentals, shuffleboard, tennis and pickleball courts, a grilling and picnic area, a sun deck, filtered water and ice station, and a brand-new fitness room. Our private canal access is wonderful for boating and fishing.

Soak up the sunshine while enjoying the blue skies, gentle waves, and pristine white sand beaches, known for some of the best shelling in the country. Or unwind in the peace and comfort of Sanibel Island’s only screened-in, heated, outdoor resort pool. For added convenience, there’s also an on-site rental office staffed Mon-Sat to assist you with your needs.
