Bedrooms (3 total):
• Primary bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom, 100% linen sheets, blackout curtains, dedicated workspace with a monitor (guests can connect laptops)
• Second bedroom: One twin-over-full bunk bed and one twin-over-twin bunk bed
• Third bedroom: Queen bed with soft linens and blackout curtains

Living Areas (2 total):
• Front living room: Cozy couch, projector and screen, memory foam foldable queen mattress, human dog bed
• Back living room: Comfy couch and chairs, smart TV, twin convertible sofa bed

Kitchen + Dining:
• Fully stocked chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances (not brand new)
