Inside, you'll find soaring ceilings, natural light pouring in from skylights, and warm custom woodwork that gives the home an inviting character. With two luxurious master suites with private ensuites and two additional bedrooms, there’s plenty of space for couples, families, or friends to spread out and unwind.

Every bedroom has a TV so you can wind down in privacy at the end of a sun-soaked day. Plus, you’ll find TVs in both living rooms—perfect for movie nights or catching the big game—and even one outdoors, ideal for poolside relaxation or a late-night binge under the stars.

The comfy leather sleeper sofa easily unfolds to sleep two for extra guests or a cozy movie night.

Whether you're sitting in the loft library nook with a good book or enjoying conversation in one of the two roomy living areas, every corner of this home is crafted for connection and calm. The chef-inspired kitchen features custom cabinetry, sleek quartz countertops, convection stovetop, and modern appliances, making meal prep a breeze—whether cooking a family feast or laying out snacks after a beach day.

If power is lost, no worries—our newer whole-house generator kicks in automatically to keep things running seamlessly, so your comfort is never interrupted.

And when you're ready to explore, you're in the perfect spot. Just a short drive away, discover the sugar-sand beaches of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach, less than 45 minutes away.
