The unit was very comfortable. It was larger than other one bedrooms we have stayed in on other trips. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. The wagon to carry our beach equipment was a big plus. And providing beach chairs and towels was very helpful since we flew to Sanibel. The large tv gave us a great view of the Super Bowl and the Winter Olympics.

Condo as depicted in the photos. Nice view, condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Living room sofas and master bed were comfy. Lots of beach equipment was available for use. Easy walk to both beach and pool.

My wife and I had a wonderful time. This condo unit was exactly as described. The pool and ocean beach were just a few minute walk. The weather was perfect too, around 80 degrees each day with little humidity. We would definately stay again when we're in southwest Florida.

The condo was beautiful, roomy, well supplied and truly a 1-2 minute walk to the beach. We really enjoyed using the complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas and beach caddy. Sanibel Island is one of our favorite beaches. Our host Paul said it is his family's happy place, it's ours as well! Thanks for sharing.

This unit was exceptional. You could see the ocean from the balcony, and it was a fantastic location to get anywhere you needed on the island. The unit comes with beach, umbrella, chairs, yeti cooler, beach cart.. Highly recommend this property.

Great Condo on the Beach!!!

We had an awesome stay at this property. It was thoughtfully furnished and provided everything we needed for our week at the beach. The bed was great and the tv's are huge! We would book this condo again in a heartbeat. Very nice and comfortable with a great view of the beach!

We were so happy with our stay at Sanibel! The condo was clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pool was very nice and it was just a few steps from the beach. The owner suggested where we could rent bikes, which was important to us. The bike trails on Sanibel are so nice. Last September we stayed in a hotel on Captiva. It was just a room. For a lot less mony, we stayed in the condo. We loved every minute of our stay!

You do not want to miss out on this spot!!!!I cannot describe just how perfect this place was for our vacation!!! From the start communication far exceeded my expectation and am so appreciative of that!! We arrived and the location is absolutely perfect! The space was more than we had expected and the view of the gulf was gorgeous! Everything was pristine and they provided beach amenities so we didn’t have to bring or buy them!!! The huge tvs made a rainy night into a family movie theater for us. I highly recommend this unit and plan to visit again!!

Perfect beachfront spot on Sanibel

Our family with two young kids stayed here and it was perfect for us, the pull out sofas were great. Despite it being during July 4, the property grounds never felt crowded or on the beach and we had plenty of space to roam and look for seashells. The condo is spacious and nicely appointed, very clean (cute touches to welcome guests), easy to checkin-out, and parking was plentiful and free. It is a quick and easy walk to the beach or pool—the private beach is calm with turquoise water, did not use the pool but did walk past it on the way to the beach. Lovely views of the ocean from the screened in lanai. The owner/property manager are professional and responsive, and provided all the beach gear including a wagon, chairs, and beach towels. Highly recommend this rental for a beachfront vacation on beautiful Sanibel.

Our family's gateway was amazing. The condo location is perfect. Just a few steps from the beach. The beach is calmed and private. Everything you need for the beach is there. The pool is also by the beach. We saw dolphins, the kids were very excited. A lot of restaurants and places to eat. Pharmacies and grocery stores are also very close. Bikes are available to ride. The property was just remodeled. Everything is new. Immaculate cleaning. Everything organized. Everything clean. Very cozy. The bedroom is huge. Even has an office in case you need to work remotely. My husband and I stayed with the kids in the sofa beds located in the living room. My parents in the main room. Everything was very comfortable. Lots of parking available. Beautiful area to visit. They are definitely recovering from hurricane damage. Screened balcony. Perfect to spend the afternoon. I just loved it and candy wait to go back. We had a great experience.
