The 7 km long Fuengirola Beach is about 8 minutes walk. There are 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with single bed. Newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. Balcony facing south has a fantastic view. Guests can contact owner by phone, emails or what's app. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions concerning the rental Train station and bus terminal are a short 5 minutes walk. Free parking outside the building subject to availability of parking places. Car is not needed. Air conditioning and heating are available in living room and 2 bedrooms, operating on coin meter. Smoking only allowed in the balcony with patio door closed. Guests are responsible for the garbage and dirty dishes. Please make sure garbage are taken out to the outside bin and there are no dirty dishes when you check out the apartment.
