It is safe, quite and private. Eveything you need is within minutes but you feel like you are far away for the city.

What makes this property unique

Acrage that is left of a large ranch. This studio is under the same roof of the original house. Large trees, lawns and open areas. Honestly this property is comfortable but not for OCD people. Nothing usual or customary about the unique little space.
