About this property
Classic Mid Century Home with Fenced Yard near The Village’s
Super cute home away from home. Come stay at our classy cute vintage style home just outside The Villages. This is the perfect location as we are 5 minutes from I75 and Florida Turnpike. We are 10 minutes from LIVE Music, Restaurants and more in the Brownwood Town Square. We offer free parking for 2 vehicles and welcome well behaved dogs. (Please let me know if you are bringing your furry friend) Looking forward to hosting you!
I live next door on my 1.5 acre mini farm. If you are interested in seeing the garden or animals on my property feel free to reach out for a tour.
The house is attached to an apartment which is also a short term rental unit with other guests. We want all our guest to have a pleasant experience so we do ask that both guest keep the noise down out of respect for each other.
You are welcome to park under carport. There are two doors, one which has a ramp for entrance to the house the other is an additional door for the apartment guest. Next to the carport is a fenced area this is for apartment guest only. You will have a wood fenced in yard to use in the back of the house.
