Some friends and I stayed here for an IU football game weekend. It was perfect for what we were wanting for the weekend! Easy walk to campus and to the bars/restaurants, clean, spacious, and a responsive host.

Linens were not washed when we arrived which was frustrating, but we checked in an hour early which may have affected things. Otherwise it was a perfect stay!

It was a nice play to stay with friends. It was a little far for walking distance to downtown but a very short drive. We did have AC issues upon arrival. We messaged host and they immediately responded. Unfortunately the AC didn’t get fixed during our stay but they did drop a few fans off for use.
