About this property

Rural Poolhouse

Located near the Monroe County fairgrounds & airport; this ranch-style house is a fun getaway for the whole family. While at the house, enjoy family time in great room or outside at the shared community pool.

Shopping & Restaurants are a 10 minute drive; guests can get to IU campus, Memorial Stadium or the IU Health Hospital in 20 minutes, or Lake Monroe in 30 minutes! Come stay for work, family fun, an IU game or to visit IU.

We allow up to two pets per stay, ask for details!

This ranch-style house has an open plan kitchen/dining and living area with a 65" TV (subscriptions not provided). There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; the 1st bedroom has a King bed, the 2nd has a Queen bed, and the 3rd has a twin bed and a twin daybed with twin trundle bed. The 1st bathroom is ensuite with the King Bedroom and includes a laundry area. The 2nd bathroom is located off the kitchen area and has a stand-up shower.

The Kitchen is fully functional with a blender, drip & k-cup coffee maker, pans, skillets, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. There are also dishes, glasses, mugs, and silverware available to use during your stay.

This house backs up to and overlooks the community pool, so there may be some related noise during the open hours.

To help accommodate those with allergies, my house is a smoke/vape-free environment.

There is space to park 4+ cars in the parking area.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If there's anything in trash, please take it to the dumpster. In case we can't get there immediately to help avoid any pests.
Please strip all the used beds and put sheets on the floor and fold the comforters. Put all used towels (kitchen and bath) in the bathtub.
