Why they chose this property
The Crespo neighborhood in Cartagena is regarded as the best and safest neighborhood in the city. Only walking distance from the airport, 10 minute Uber ride away from "The Walled City", beach front views and access. This neighborhood is perfect. It is quiet, has it's own neighborhood police and security. Many restaurants and stores within walking distance. I couldn't have found a better slice of paradise.
What makes this property unique
We have the absolute best rooftop pool in Cartagena. A huge lounging area, beach chairs, lounge chairs, infinite pool overlooking the Ocean, the sunset around 6:30pm is MAGICAL. 2 pools, 2 jacuzzi's, 2 saunas (wet and dry), a wading pool for children, and event room on the roof that can be reserved ahead of time, a fitness center, WIFI throughout the building and in the condo, plus 24 hours concierge and security. This is a gem.
