This was a perfect spot 30 min from the NRG. The hosts were very active in responding. The spot was easy to find and close to some WV must stops like Tudors! We had our pup with us and she had the best time!

Thank you and we are glad your first experience was a great one! We want all of our guests to feel just like that. This spot along the river with the mountains makes a great outdoor restful time in the evening. Hope you might venture this way again!
The apartment was clean. The host was responsive and helpful. The only negative was that our sleep was disrupted by movement/footsteps upstairs that persisted until 3am.
This little apartment was perfect for a little weekend getaway! The air conditioning was great and the view was amazing! The house is old and so are most of its appliances, but I think it just adds character! There is a unit above you, which isn’t really a problem, but you can hear their footsteps. Other than that, it was fabulous!

I appreciate the five star! But just to clarify the appliances are a little over a year old. Every one of them! The refridge has a tiny pin dent, but it is new. The microwave is new. The stove is new. This house was rehabbed and, yes the building is dated, but I’m glad you enjoyed it.
This apartment was great for our short stay in town. I couldn’t have asked for better communication from the host. He was very interactive, responded promptly, and left a booklet of helpful information on the table for us. He provided coffee and some creamers, which was a nice touch. We expected a bit more open space outside by the river based on the photos, but the apartment was exactly as advertised inside. There was some walking noise from the upstairs apartment, but that often comes with an apartment setting and it certainly didn’t keep us from enjoying our time there.
We enjoyed our stay and found it to be a great base for exploring the area. In our opinion, this is one of the most beautiful parts of West Virginia, with wonderful views and scenic surroundings. We stayed here while doing the Bridge Walk, and it was a convenient, short drive to the attraction. The people in the area were incredibly friendly, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Jim was responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Overall, we had a nice visit, appreciated the scenery, and enjoyed our time exploring this beautiful region.
