This property is just as described in the listing and we definitely enjoyed our stay. It's a short walk on a quiet street to the beach. The closest beach entrance has a beach library of sand toys available and outdoor footwash/shower station. It's not walking distance to restaurants or shops but it was a nice, quiet neighborhood. We stayed for a long-weekend baseball tournament and the location was perfect with parking just steps from your door and excellent A/C for the very hot weekend. Kitchen fully stocked - the coffee maker is for k-cups so plan accordingly.
