Beautiful property, very clean & loved the decor & style. The coffee/espresso machine could use some quick instructions posted for ease of use. The surrounding neighborhood was a bit sketchy, but once inside, immaculate and pleasant. Host was very responsive to messages.

The original machine had been damaged by a previous guest and was temporarily replaced before your stay. Instructions were available in the cabinet next to the coffee cups, though we will look into making them more visible for future guests. We understand that neighborhood impressions can vary from person to person. Our home is located in a typical Springfield residential neighborhood, and while we strive to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable experience for our guests, we recognize that perceptions of an area can be subjective. The inside of this home is so fresh, clean and chic! I love how beautiful all the decor is and we had everything we needed. It was very clean and the owner is very attentive and sweet.

The property was clean,well maintained, and beds were comfortable. There was only one hairdryer so we had to share. The neighborhood was rough and the neighbors were constantly drinking and arguing loudly. The front windshield of one of our cars was broken overnight. Although the house was fine, we would not stay in this location again.

Looked brand new. Very well staged and stocked for use. We were 3 60 year olds and couldn’t have picked a better place and location for our stay’s activities. Everything was as advertised, and to be honest beyond!! Highly recommend.

Beautiful home with a fenced in back yard. Bedrooms were comfy. Kitchen had everything (except a coffee machine). It had this expresso machine but I had no clue on how to use it, lol. It was in a great location for everything, only 4-5 min away.

Perfect for our stay! Minutes away from MSU (where we had to go daily), and extremely clean. We each had our own room and it was great to have two bathrooms. Kitchen is stocked with just about everything you need to make dinner. If my son does piano camp again next summer, this will be the first place I will check. Thank you!

Stockshow Stay

We were in town for the Charolais Junior National Show. This duplex was not too far from the Ozark Fairgrounds and was perfect for our stay. Very clean property. Property is close to downtown also. The owner was also great to work with. There was an issue the first night with a vehicle in our driveway but it was taken care of quickly. I know many people will come to town for stock shows and this place was perfect. If we come back to Springfield for a show, I hope to stay here.

Everything was impeccable. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and quiet. The only draw back was there were not any instructions on how to work anything. There were remotes everywhere that turned nothing on. The coffee maker was not a regular coffee maker and had no instructions but once we figured it out the coffee was incredible.

The smaller remotes throughout the home are optional controls for accent lighting and other features.
