This property is at a 15-minute walk from the beach. Villa Thymari is located in Thymari, a 20-minute drive from Sounio and the Temple of Poseidon. It is a self-catering accommodation. There is a terrace overlooking the sea and a barbecue, and there is a specially designed area with private upper ground swimming pool, and sports facilities. On request we can arrange pilates and yoga and massage.

Three bedrooms with double bed and single bed on patio all in front, with balcony doors and shutters, with seaview and view on private garden. In the living room there is a double sofa bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped including oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Towels and bed linen are provided in this self-catering accommodation.You can even use for free beach towels and snorkeling equipment ! Two spacious private bathrooms with shower/bathtub . Free Wi-Fi , fully airconditioned.

The nearest airport is Eleftherios Venizelos, 27 km away. Athens and Piraeus are 39 km away. far. Free private parking is available on site.

We will give you a house manual, info and tips to explore the neigbourhood and the Athens Riviera. There are so many things to do during your stay, such as swimming, beach walks, outdoor cinema, water sports, day trips to Athens and Acropolis, to the Temple of Poseidon, visit the port of Lavrio.

If you want a quiet, relaxing surrounding with lots of positive energy, this is the place to be !
Our house is ideal both for leisure and business travel and unique for families with children or couples or group of friends.

Η ιδιοκτήτρια πολύ φιλόξενη και κατατοπιστική. Στα 2-3' με το αμάξι, beach bar και στα 5' ταβέρνες και αγορά. Το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες με παιδιά ή παρέα φίλων.

Very lightful, with lots of positive energy and taken care off with love.Furnished in minimal style. Located between the temple of Sounion and airport , port of Lavrio (from which you can make trips to various islands) near a beautiful clearblue sea, even preferred by Athenians. Ideal for relaxing holidays.
