My place is a 260sq.m villa in Agia Marina Koropi (Nimfon street-number 20) with 3 floors,with an internal staircase, that can accommodate 14 people.The ground floor (75sq.m) has an individual entrance and it can be provided separately (max 6 persons).The first and second floor is a single space with an individual entrance (max 8 persons).The surrouging area is private, safe, it has many free place for parking, beatiful garden, swimming pool and a great view to green hills and the sea. It's suitable for couples, families (with children) and big groups.
The villa has five(5) bedrooms, two(2) livingroom-kitchens, three(3) bathrooms (one with jacuzzi) and two(2) w.c. There is also an internal and external storage. It's 2.2 km from Athens -Sounio seaside avenue and the coast of Agia Marina (5 minute by car), with sandy beaches, taverns, grills, coffe shops etc. It's 15 km away from the airport, 1.5 km from SM and gas store. Also it's 27 km from Acropolis, 30 km from Poseidon's Temple (Sounio) and 25 km from Artemida's Temple (Vravrona). There are many stores around (meat market, bakery, pastry shop, souvlaki, pitseria, S.M.,) in 1-1.5 km distance, also in area of Varkiza (7 km distance) or Glyfada (12 km distance), as well as department stores and designer outlets near the airport area(13 km distance). Also there are a discount village near the airport area(14 km distance).

Beautiful property

The property is beautiful. Nice extras. Good price. The check in process was a little tricky, but we got it taken care of and someone met us there to make sure everything was okay.

Overall the property was fine. Clean- there were some things not workingie tv and stove - It was extremely hot and the host should have provided water upon arrival- very difficult to communicate with host due to language barriers

Family vacay

The house is just as pictured, beautiful and well makntained. The host was very accommodating. It is in a very quiet location. If you plan on touring Greece, You must have a car if you stay here. We didn’t have a car, but the caretaker Foti, took us to the store for groceries. Downside, we had to Uber everywhere!

Relaxing villa outside Athens

We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed the pool immensely. The property manager was on hand to check everything was fine. The villa was a good size and was comfortable. We felt the kitchen could have had more crockery and utensils. We used taxis to get about which worked fine but the nearest supermarket was just about walkable to in the heat. All in all, it was a lovely holiday and we would recommend the villa.

The property was very nice, especially the swimming pool. The air conditioning works amazing and the house was as promised. The reasons I did not give all 5 stars are the lag in communication from the property owner, there were no checkin instructions sent and once we got inside there was no information at all. There are 3 broken lounge chairs by the pool and a broken tv. You will need a car, the owner was very nice and referred us to a car service which was very prompt and easy to work with. Checkout says 1130 on the advertisement but we were asked to leave at 10 by the groundskeeper because they had other guest checking in. We did not as we already had our car reserved for 1130. Overall the house was cleaned and well maintained with the few minor exceptions.

Nice, but….

The house is pretty much how it looks on the picture. We asked for a early check-in on short notice because it was so hot and that was no problem. They provide you with lots of towels and overall you have lots of space (we were 6 people). There is a house keeper, he doesn‘t speak a word English and is illiterate so best way to communicate with him is by playing him the Greek translation via Google Translator. He checks in everyday at random times - it can get annoying but he is very friendly and he is there to check that everything is ok. The house has a beautiful spot for grilling outside however at times you are not allowed to grill outside because of the risk of fire - nobody told us so the landlord came and informed us of high fees if somebody reports you. There should be more information at the check-in about important stuff like that. The kitchen is very basic, you are able to cook but we needed to buy sharp knives (if they are still there, you are welcome) and salt for the dishwasher. I think it is fair what you get for the price but just don’t expect too much. We enjoyed our stay, but you need a car in order to get to places.

Hi Lisa. I'm disappointed because I didn't expect only 3 stars after everything you described. I think it's not fair. In the registration of the house, its location and distances from central points are mentioned in detail, as well as whether a car is considered necessary. Also, I think it is not correct to call illiterate the person who served you in whatever you asked for. And the fact that we had to inform you in advance about a ban on the use of fire during a hot season and with the whole of Southern Europe on fire, this really surpasses me as a human being. In conclusion, your review is welcome, but I don't think it matches your rating.

We were a group of 8 people staying at this lovely villa. We were met by kostas on arrival (arrived 1 hour early due to flight times, this was not a problem for kostas, thank you ) and we were shown around. The villa was very clean with enough space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped with enough glasses, cutlery and utensils for everyone . Kostas provided us with some basic essentials such as water, bread fresh fruit etc which was a lovely touch. The villa is a very short drive to the nearest supermarket and a bar that served very nice kebabs which was reasonably priced. The nearest metro station was about 20 min drive and then 15 mins into Athens via the metro which was all very easy to do. Overall we had a fantastic time. Kostas and co made us feel very welcome, he also gave us a couple of bottles of wine which his brother made! the photos do not do the place justice although some pictures of the kitchen would be useful as I don't recall seeing any. The only negative point and it really was a small thing and did not spoil our holiday in any way is to just clarify check out time which we believed to be 11.30 but was asked the day before to check out at 11 am by the maintenance man. This was not a problem at all , he also came and helped us light the bbq a few days earlier which we were grateful for. All in all we had a great time and would love to visit again. Thank you kostas.

The home had potential but fell short in several areas. The towels were old, and the bed really needed new bedding. The villa was quite far from town, which made getting around a bit inconvenient. There was also a cat living on the property, which could be an issue for guests with allergies.The pool had visible dirt at the bottom, and the internet connection was extremely poor. Overall, I feel the property needs more care and attention to bring it up to standard. With some improvements, it could be a nice place to stay — but at its current condition, it didn’t feel worth the price.

Mädelstripp

Wir hatten das Haus für einen Mädelstripp gebucht. Wir waren 9 Personen. Die Übergabe hat ohne das wir die selbe Sprache sprechen konnten ohne Probleme statt gefunden. Die Zimmer waren alle super ausgestattet. Es gab vor allem genügend Toiletten und Badezimmer. Dias einzige was ich bemängeln könnte wäre die Küchenausstattung. Es hat aber alles gut ausgereicht und Mut der Spülmaschine hatte man alles wieder paraat. Die Lage war etwas schwierig zu finden aber dafür hatte man wirklich seine Ruhe. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles

Tout a était parfait. Sauf bémol : des travaux un peu bruyant effectués dans une maison voisine dès 7h le matin toute la semaine. Propriétaire très agréable et à l'écoute, très belles attentions données à notre arrivée. Nous s ne regrettons rien, très belle semaine.

The house fully corresponds to the photos, it was spacious, very clean and well equipped. Mr. Kostas was an excellent host. We asked him for an earlier check-in and to leave later than the check-out time and he did not refuse us. Totally recommended.

The house was spotless clean and very well equipped with enough dishes and utensils to manage 10 of us for sit down suppers every night. Location- a little difficult to find- was perfect for day tripping around the south of Greece, giving good access to the airport and close to Athens . A car is a definite necessity for your visit as nearest stores are 1.5 km, but there were lots of shopping opportunities in the 2-5 km radius. The owner, Kostas, was easy to reach by phone to answer any questions and deal with any problems that arose. A detailed explanation of the appliances is recommended, as our group struggled the 1st day trying to get things to work (being from Canada things were different than we are used to). All worked well for us once it explained. Overall good quality and good value for the price. We enjoyed our stay.

Great property, it was clean and well maintained

The only down side to this property, is find it the first time. The location does not show on any of the maps systems not even Google, but once there and you establish a pin on the map it’s good. Kostas and Andreas are very accommodating and will help anyway they can. I would definitely go and stay there again, if you want to be in the hustle and bustle then it’s not for you but if you want some peace and quiet then it’s a great location
