Host was good. Didn’t appreciate not knowing heating pool would be extra 400. I slept in master bedroom and the bed was borderline unsleepable. The mattress was terrible. Two other beds were very uncomfortable. Master shower had very little volume. Would not rent this unit again!

Hi Bob, thanks for your feedback. I wish you had reached out with your concerns during your stay so these items could be addressed sooner, but we will look into them. Regarding the pool heating, it is in the listing description that heating the pool is a separate charge so each guest can decide if they want to have it heated or not. You opted not to have it heated. You also received a message right when you booked with the cost to heat the pool, nearly a month in advance to your arrival. We send this message out with every booking confirmation so that guests can make an informed decision for their stay.
