The house was exactly as described—clean, well-appointed, and managed by a responsive owner. Its location near shopping and great restaurants made everything easy and enjoyable. Very straightforward stay comfortable and great communication. The pool is mostly shaded all day but for Phoenix that may be a plus for many. My only issue was walking into synthetic fragrance plugins. (I’m very sensitive to them) Removed from each room and we went out and mostly gone by bedtime and gone the next day. All conveniences in the kitchen. Plenty of pool towels. 4 bath towels for the two of us, but did a wash and all was well. Loves being able to put rental in garage. We had a Tacoma and it was tight. Good stay!

We traveled to Arizona for baseball from Texas. The location was perfect! So close to stores and restaurants, easy travel between the fields. Home was cozy, beds were comfortable and pool was amazing and our saving grace for the warm weather.Highly recommend this home, you won’t be disappointed!
