These cabins are really cool and unique, with a beautiful view. The hosts keep them very clean and inviting. Only a view things I would love to see improve is the shower water pressure, possibly an AC unit and being able to lock the front door. Regardless, I would absolutely stay here again. It’s in a great location, where it’s close to everything but also peaceful and quiet.

No Pool EMPTY No Spa - nonexistent No Whirlpool/No Hot Tub nonexistent No hot water water No water pressure None of this matters as when finally got water in it, it’s was green. No kitchenette- you have 3 coffee cups and a single wine glass. TOTAL.No platesNo Forks No knives Not even a spoon to stir the 50 types of tea. You are NOT close to anything. After 16 hours of Baja roads I had to venture out into the Mexico darkness to find food and not even a taco stand open near by. Found a grocery market 7.2 miles away! Doesn’t matter cause I can’t prepare anything other than TEA, because there are no facilities or tools to do so. Powered by a gas generator that runs constantly. Impossible to sleep! One Fire extinguisher for ALL the units placed on the ground in the hallway. NOT wheelchair accessible. Only part is and it’s suicidal for someone on a cane, walker, or chair to try. Grill actually exists but no gas. There is WiFi but NO internet of any kind. Tried to run a speed test and there is nothing.

The host was very responsive and helped out by answering questions. They were great about being dog-friendly. It's on the northern side of the valley, 10-15 minutes from Fauna and 20- 25 minutes from Monte Xanic. It's a good location to stargaze, and it was a very quiet and peaceful area away from any road noise. If you're particular about privacy, this may not be the house for you, because there aren't separate doors/walls for the downstairs room and upstairs bathtub. The house is really nice and clean. I would stay there again with some caveats. I traveled with a couple of older adults -- they struggled with the steepness of the ramp leading up to the house, and a handrail would be helpful to get to the front door. The steps to the 2nd floor were too steep for them, but they had the downstairs bed. Being significantly further out of the main town, they needed mid-day breaks, and going to the house was more of hassle.Being a new listing, we were expecting some learning curves, and I think the owner and grounds keepers are really responsive. For future stays I hope there is a "check-in" instructional for the pool, fan remotes (there were a couple we couldn't locate so we couldn't use them). We came during an uncomfortable heat, and the house was really difficult to cool down, but I would stay here again during non-summer months with friends.
