Enjoy this quiet convenient location where you can enjoy 3 swimming pools each have BBQ areas, 3 hot tubs, and tennis and pickleball courts all on site. Within walking distance to one of the nicest and most popular renowned Keauhou Bay. This recreation area offers an almost endless array of ocean sports. This luxury condo not only offers both golf and ocean views! Recently renovated this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath also provides AC in Master & Livingroom. But with the cross breeze of Mountain and Ocean you probably won't need to use it. This elegant and updated suite comes with well equipped with Internet access, TV, full Kitchen and all the accoutrements of home. A queen bed and 2 twins offer plenty of sleeping accommodations. Relax on the over-sized lanai and watch the sunsets. Being on the 18 Tee it is a blast watching the golfers as well! “H” Bay is located just minutes away for great swimming and night diving. Enjoyed this well appointed condo. Pool and the assigned parking spaceliterally steps from the front door. We were the only ones in the pool every day. We enjoyed swimming in the evening every night after dinner. Master bed was very comfortable. Quiet complex. My grandkids enjoyed having a separate room to sleep in comfy little twin beds. We watched lots of fun movies on the TV with access to all the streaming sites. The kitchen was a delight to cook in with full set of pretty much everything you would ever need. My daughter who lives on this island did a bunch of cooking with me for some of the people tragically affected by the hurricane Lowell in the south last week before we arrived. Didn’t want to check out. It was so nice. Mahalo.

The kitchen is well equipped. fridge water tastes salty. The tab water tastes better. Some days I saw a roach in the cupboards. AC is available in the living room and one of the bedrooms. Otherwise it is a decent place.

This place is gorgeous for staying on the Big Island if you like going out for snorkeling, 20 minutes to two steps and Captain Cook. Also, walking distance to the grocery store. The ocean view and golf course view are also great while you sit on the balcony. The room is a great fit for a family and has everything you need, recommended.

The place was very nice and comfortable for all of us to stay. The only thing I wish is that the air conditioning would be in the spare bedroom. We open the doors at night and let the cross freeze fill the unit which helped. Also, the air conditioner in the master bedroom was quite loud and blowed on us laying in the bed. The only thing that would improve this unit is central air. Our stay was great we enjoyed everything there was plenty of amenities.

Would definitely stay here again

Our stay was great and everything about the unit was accurately presented and as we'd hoped. The kitchen is well-equipped, the overall layout was great for 2 adults and 2 older kids, and the water- and sunset-facing lanai was the perfect place to end the day. We continue to like staying in this part of Kona because it is convenient to get to Kailua to the north and to the great snorkeling of Honaunau to the south. A really nice property, and we would totally stay here again.

Great unit, great location

Older unit with some nice updates. Lots of space, fully equipped kitchen, beach gear. Location is a short walk to Keauhou shopping centre and easy access to the highway. Lisa was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Great view condo

Our stay at the condo was great. We enjoyed the large deck and the beautiful view...sunsets were gorgeous! The condo was confortable, clean and had all the conveniences of home. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and even more. We enjoyed that it was so close to Keauhou Beach. Keauhou Beach

Our 10 days in Hawaii were very much complimented by the condo's convenient location. Parking right by the unit with no stairs and an easy 5 minute walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Great sunsets and a well equipped clean condo made our trip one to remember.

Relaxing time

We enjoyed the location and being within walking distance of a shopping center. The view from the lanai was relaxing and a great way to spend the day and evenings. The full kitchen and propane grill outside allowed us to enjoy the view with our meals. Great communication with Lisa both before and during our stay. Clean unit and wonderful experience overall.
