This one level ranch house has a convenient in the Village of Southampton location. South of the HWY, 3 short blocks to the train. Walkable location to many places to eat and shop. 3 blocks to The Seasons, Clamman and Prime Butcher. Comfortable, , great neighborhood, quiet location. Large 20X40 pool and pavers surrounding it!!! (Pool open Memorial through Labor Day) Great price value for Village location!!!

We love this area and will retire here one day. Till then we would love for others to fill our house with great memories and vibes. I especially love the fall in Southampton, The "in" season is starting sooner and lasting longer.

Why they chose this property

This was a 5 years of looking till we bought. Fell in love with this area as a child. Not that we came often. Love the area. it has an energy, love the sky, it has a beautiful hue, colors and nighttime you see every star. Love the downtown, but love the tranquility of my home more!!!

What makes this property unique

One block from North Main Street. Close to everything, quick drive or do as we do and walk. Far enough away so that the noise and the traffic does not affect me. Train is 3 very short blocks away!
