The Space:

This five-bedroom, six-bathroom (5 full, 2 half baths) estate spans 5,680 square feet across three levels, offering refined elegance at every turn. Inside, high-end finishes and thoughtful details define the space—an inviting living room with a fireplace, a chef’s kitchen with top-tier appliances, and a formal dining area featuring a second fireplace. Lined with French doors, the dining space opens onto a covered back porch, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a private balcony and spa-like bath, while additional en-suite bedrooms provide comfort and privacy. The third level features a versatile space, ideal as a home office, study, or media room, all with inspiring views.



Outside, a pristine heated gunite pool is the centerpiece of the landscaped backyard, creating the perfect setting for sun-soaked days and evening gatherings. Enjoy seamless access to the nearby beach, with just a short and enjoyable walk away from this residence. Whether you're here to unwind or entertain, this beautifully designed residence delivers an unparalleled blend of luxury and serenity in the heart of Southampton.



The pool is currently closed, and will be guest-ready starting May 1, 2026.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Tucked away in Southampton's charming village, Oceanstone offers easy access to the area's best beaches, dining, and shopping. Just minutes away, Cooper’s Beach boasts soft white sand and stunning ocean views, while the village center features boutique shops, art galleries, and top restaurants like Sant Ambroeus and 75 Main. Whether you're unwinding by the shore or exploring local hotspots, Southampton is the perfect blend of relaxation and luxury!



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $150 charge.



Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



We are looking for considerate guests who appreciate the calm, exclusive character of the neighborhood and will treat the home with care and respect. Full house guidelines will be shared in the welcome pack upon check-in.



Please note that both fireplaces on the ground floor are for decorative purposes only and cannot be used.



Pool heating is available as an optional add-on during summer stays for $75 per night, ambient outdoor temperature permitting. The temperature is kept at 75°F when provided. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.



Our pool is cleaned and chemically balanced weekly. As an open-air pool, natural debris from wind and breeze are normal between service visits — a skimmer net is available for your convenience. Our team is always happy to assist if needed.



The home is just a short walk from the beach. For guests who wish to drive, parking passes are available for $50 per day.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



From October–April, the bathroom above the garage is closed to protect plumbing from freezing. All other bathrooms remain fully available.



Security deposit



Please note that this property requires a $5,000 credit hold for stays at this property to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is confirmed as a credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
