The front porch is the perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee or tea with some reading material. The stylish living, dining, and kitchen areas all reside on the ground floor, with a comfortable layout to accommodate 10 people. Since this is new construction, you'll be able to enjoy all the new appliances and furniture that this home has to offer. There are multiple smart TV’s for your viewing pleasure. You can also find the primary bedroom with a King size bed and attached en-suite bathroom. There is an additional half bath for added comfort. If you make your way to the second floor, you'll find three more bedrooms. Bedrooms two and three each have a Queen size bed. Bedroom four has two sets of bunks, which would be four twins total. There are two additional bathrooms as well as an office space! If you’re looking to enjoy some outside space you can step out onto the second balcony for some fresh air.
