Pointe Santo B25: Tropical Paradise with Gulf Views

UPDATE: Concrete Repairs are currently underway at Pointe Santo from October 13, 2025 - January 23, 2026 with potential delays possible. Projected schedule is Building A from 10/13-11/18, Building B from 11/9-12/5, Building C from 12/8-12/24, & Building D from 1/1-1/23. Heavier noise will occur at the start of work on each building and other noise related disruptions may be possible at various times throughout the project and may affect the entire complex.

Welcome back to Pointe Santo— we are thrilled to announce that we are now accepting reservations! At this time, the complex is offering the majority of its amenities including the beach access, community pool & hot tub, tennis & pickleball courts, and community grill use. Please note that some amenities such as clubhouse activities may not be accessible. All elevators are currently operational. Some construction is still taking place within the complex and in nearby units.We will provide updates as we receive new information from Pointe Santo. *Rental rates have been discounted to reflect on-going complex construction and pending amenities for the 2025 summer season*

The condo features an open concept layout and an immaculate, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and island counter seating with 2 barstools. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath gulf-side oasis boasts 1245 square feet with plenty of room for you and your family and/or guests. The unit itself is conveniently located close to the elevator and only steps away from the pool and the sandy shell strewn beach. No long board walks to get to the beach! Pointe Santo also offers several lounge chairs, kids activities, and volleyball on-site and is located mid-island very close to shopping, grocery, & restaurants and easily accessible by bicycle! Come and enjoy all the beauty and convenience Pointe Santo B25 has to offer!!

Condo/Resort amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Full bed, 1 Twin bed & a sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), 3 Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, community heated pool & hot tub, in-suite washer & dryer, public BBQ grills, shell cleaning station, tennis courts, elevators, kid's activity programs. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit has 6 beach chairs, 6 beach towels, several boogie boards, and sand toys. All stored in storage closet right outside the door and adjacent to the elevator for easy access.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

7 night minimum rental period is required. Shorter stays may be available in the off-season. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
