Wouldn't recommend for senior citizens. Toilet was too low. I didn't like not having walk - in shower. Tub was hard to get into. Also i was checked into a room that should have been close off, so had to move to a different room. Staff was very helpful.

Pleasant stay

Room was clean. Nice hot water for the shower, There was a hiccup in the check-in process, but the host was VERY responsive and got it resolved right there on the spot. I would be happy to stay here again.

I live in Shawnee but anytime I wanna get out of town n just come to Oklahoma City n have a night out it’s a closer drive then it is back home. Always clean anytime I’ve asked for something it was taken care of. Love it

Maybe adding a lounge chair to the room, cleaning the drains of hair, also assuring all staff is knowledgeable of operation there is no reason to be disturbed twice and being ask to leave without even knowing the facts of the checkin. I felt so disrespected in having to show proof of payment to every staff member switching shift because the system didn’t have the info correct all in all the customer service was put in this sense without even apologizing while ruining my family’s comfort for rest

Absolute nightmare

The pool was closed and they kept saying it would open, but it was almost black it was so dirty, they lied multiple times. The safety latch to door was broken, so I had to put a coffee pot on top of a chair to make sure my 2 year old didn’t walk out in the middle of the night. The toilet seat was broken.The bathtub wouldn’t drain.The air was broken and would not cool lower than 81 degrees , I had a 2 year old and a handicap man with asthma with meAn alarm went off in the middle of the night and they wouldn’t answer the front desk phone to tell us what was happening. Our keycards were changed twice and they still wouldn’t work, so one of us had to stay in the room to let the other back in or call maintenance, which didn’t exist, they were using their security guard as maintenance.
They kept telling us they would open the pool the next day, when it was far from being able to open, and the security guard even told us the front desk was lying about it.
