Have fun with the whole family or friends at this stylish place. Beautiful, newly remodeled condo in the heart of Scottsdale, Arizona. Walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale. Where you will find many stores, restaurants, bars and the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. The condo has many amenities. pool,jacuzzi, exercise room, and ping pong. There are several grills for barbequing near the pool area.
The A/C is controlled by association. During cold months , heat is on We have portable A/C if need

Dog crates are required with dogs , weight restrictions, . Dogs are not allowed on any furniture inside or out .
There is no smoking allowed inside or on patio. If an early check in fees will be applied

The inside was like the pictures so we were impressed. Contacting owners/property manager was easy and they replied promptly! Pool was nice we had a great quick trip!

This is a very lovely property. Everything in it is sparkling clean and lots of it feels brand new. One of the things we particularly enjoyed was the supply of oversized pool towels; they were more than sufficient to warm us in the evening.cool breeze.Our hosts, Reuben and April, answer all of our ahead of time questions and we're very responsive when we had any concerns during our stay. We have stayed at many VRBO units in scottsdale, and I would rate this as the very best one. While some others were slightly more expen, the amenities and the communication and the location and the entire condo far exceeded any place else we've stayed. In addition, our small dog was very welcome and it was very easy to find places to walk her. A huge thank you to Reuben and April; i don't remember from listing if you were premier hosts, but you certainly ought to be. We enjoyed every minute in the condo and found it at great place in which to relax and spread out and also entertain our family when they came to visit. We will definitely book with you on our next trip to scottsdale.
