5 bedroom with 5 en-suite bathrooms was perfect for our 5-couple group!! The house is adorable and well stocked. So close to the Balboa Ferry for a ride over to Balboa peninsula and an easy 10 min walk to Marine Ave on Balboa Island for all the restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping!!

Our reservation was scared with ridiculous inaccuracies such as AC - fine print changed after our stay or didn’t show on mobile that ac was not in anywhere else but the bathrooms. Didn’t stay but 20 minutes, no refund by the host, despite knowing the issues.

Cleanliness was great, the house itself was amazing, the rooms were very nice and beds were comfortable, the en suite bathrooms were very convenient and nice. We were 2 families who stayed there and we had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and it worked for us since we like to cook. The location was great too. Highly recommended!
