This was a perfect house for us: 8 friends, mostly in our seventies. Plenty of beds and 2 bathrooms, large living room and dining room. Loved your coffee bar. And the location was awesome! Approximately a 4 minute walk to the Footbridge beach one way and 2 great restaurants the other way! Trolley stops were at both locations. Owners were congenial and responsive to my questions before and during our stay. I definitely would rent here again!

This house screams location, location, location! It’s so close to Footbridge beach. The living room is expansive and the dining room sits 8 plus. It has a beautiful outdoor shower which we used instead of the indoor showers. Bathrooms are redone and updated. Beds were comfy! Fans were plentiful! Has at least 8 beach chairs and a beach cart. The kitchen is older but functional. Would stay here again.
