The 2 full bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer, towels and toiletries for your convenience. Guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and take advantage of amenities like heating, a fully stocked kitchen for 8, WiFi, two TVs with all app access and a washer/dryer.
The property is just off of the nine-hole course at The Omni - walk to golf, the historic hotel and spa, restaurants, the Ammonoosuc River and more. In the winter months, you're a two-minute drive from Bretton Woods skiing, and right on snowmobile trails. In the fall, jump on to one of the many local hiking trails. Our home is a short drive to Santa's Village, Storyland and local attractions in beautiful Bethlehem and Littleton, NH.

Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please bring porch cushions back inside the living room if they are outdoors.
The dump is north on 302 - the BPOA station will be on your left and the pass to display on your dashboard is in the kitchen. Remaining trash can be bagged and left in the front mud room at checkout.
Please pile used towels in one bathroom and simply leave beds used unmade.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
