Relax in this marvelous 3-bedroom 3 bath condo on the beach on Perdido Key. Two bedrooms have king beds & the third has two sets of bunk beds. The master suite has a jetted bathtub & separate shower. The other two bedrooms each have en suite bathtubs & showers. Enjoy the convenience of indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, workout facilities & a large covered grilling area during your stay.
Walk across Spanish Key's gated boardwalk directly onto 500 front feet of beautiful private beach on the Gulf.
There are many excellent restaurants, bars, and shopping areas in our immediate area on Perdido Key.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash sheets & towels & start them in dryer before leaving.
Spanish Key red wristbands & parking passes are in kitchen area. Wristbands must be worn on grounds. Parking passes to be visible on your vehicles' dashboards. Return all to condo at end of stay.
Condo rules do not allow;
1) hanging clothing, towels, etc. on balconies,
2) grilling or cooking on balconies (grilling area for all owners & guests located next to outdoor pool).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
